I believe that adults learn best through interaction and collaborative meaning-making. Real learning happens when the trainer steps back and the learners take the helm.
Through a participatory mix of input, reflection and practical application, I create environments where people can learn from each other - whether online or in person.
Training "Facilitation"
Experienced facilitators can make meetings more goal-oriented and participative. Training includes a professional attitude, the design of a goal-oriented process and knowledge of methods.
Training "Visual Thinking"
If used effectively, even a simple outline can be very effective. In the training, you will learn the basic principles of visualization and how to feel confident in using them. It is also about combining different visual elements to illustrate complex concepts and relationships.
