Change is full of energy, always an adventure and comes with many challenges, because organizations are complex, dynamic systems. We cannot predict exactly what will happen when we change something, but we can shape it and deal with it.

Creating suitable structures and processes for dialog and exchange is an important part of my work. In this way, we create a shared understanding of the situation and can plan and implement actions.

Most of the challenges of our time require the cooperation of several organizations. For transformative change, it is necessary to create networks and systems to challenge existing paradigms and bring about lasting change.
